It was a real privilege to host A-level students in the labs this week as part of the CRUK City of London STARS programme. STARS stands for ‘Science Training for Aspiring Research Scientists’ and is a great opportunity to give young people the experience of a range of career options that a university degree in Biomedical Sciences can bring. Thanks to the Mayors Fund For London Access Aspiration Programme for coordinating the schools across London.
