Shanila was a BBSRC-LIDO PhD student jointly supervised with Kevin Litchfield at the UCL Cancer Institute and Isomorphic Labs and was co-supervised by Eva Grönroos and Roberto Vendramin from Swanton and Litchfield labs. She worked on the regulation of nonsence mediated decay and after winning a John Clitherow Fellowship, moved to Genesis Molecular AI in San Diego.
Catherine was an MRC-DTP student, jointly supervised with Adrian Isaacs from the UCL UK-DRI. She studied the cell biology of ESCRT-proteins implicated in frontotemporal dementia and has now moved onto a postdoc position with Denali Therapeutics.
Yaiza was a PhD student in the lab, supervised by me and Prof Vicky Sanz-Moreno (Bart's Cancer Institute). After her PhD, she moved to NHS Lothian as a Trainee Clinical Scientist.
Alberto joined the lab as a postdoc in 2017 and after a LifeARC-ATUM fellowship has moved to a technology transfer position in UCL Business
Hannah completed her PhD in 2021 and after an internship with the Initiative for Science in Europe, is now a policy officer at the Academy of Medical Sciences
Yoli was our 1st recruit and now holds a Ramon y Cajal fellowship at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid where she runs the polarity and trafficking laboratory.
Caroline was a BBSRC LIDO student who worked on CHMP7 and is now working in healthcare communications at Havas Just::
Ruhe was a clinical PhD student studying ALIX-dependent sorting of PD-L1 in the MVB pathway. After her PhD, she returned to the NHS and then moved to Pfizer as the Women's Health Oncology Lead.
